Along with working on simple ways to recognize team members in regular briefings, you also can consider adding a hand-written thank you card or having a stock of BNSF merch to hand out when you catch someone living our values. It is important to note that per BNSF’s Gift and Entertainment Policy, when using company funds, individuals employee gifts and awards that are more than $100 must be approved by an AVP or above.
